Nywhash Terms

Scope of these Terms:

 

This Agreement defines the terms of services to be provided under the "Nywhash" and other "Nywhash Services", "Related Services to Nywhash", and "Nywhash Products" offered by Nywhash. These services aim to ensure the security of Nywhash, Nywhash Partners, and customers, provide quality service, and regulate cooperation between the parties.

Definitions:

When we use the terms "We", "Us", "Our", "Nywhash", "Nywhash Brands", "Nywhash Products", and "Related Services to Nywhash", we refer to Nywhash Ltd and its partners.

The terms and definitions contained in this Agreement are interpreted as follows:

• Nywhash: Refers to our company registered with registration number 6098 under the name Nywhash Ltd.
• Our System: Includes all systems related to our company or developed by us, including software hosted on our network.
• Data Processing: Collection, storage, processing, or usage of personal data.

Age Requirements:

In order to manage your Nywhash Account and use Nywhash Services, you must be above the legal age limit in your country (Usually 13) or obtain permission from your legal guardian. If your birthdate specified in your account indicates that you are under 13 years old, we may request a document confirming approval from your legal guardian. If you are below the legal age, please read these terms with your guardian.

Account Security:

Nywhash has various systems in place to minimize potential theft and leaks in your account. Nywhash effectively utilizes these systems to prevent data losses, thefts, leaks, security breaches due to viruses, and all other incidents that may occur in your Nywhash Account. Despite Nywhash taking all possible measures, the responsibility for the security of the account lies with the customers. You should set your passwords securely and not share them with anyone you do not trust.

Your Relationship with Nywhash:

Since Nywhash offers multiple services, it allows you to use all Nywhash Services with a single Nywhash Account. Here, some Nywhash Services have additional usage terms and limits. In return for complying with Nywhash terms, we allow you to use all our services and offerings.

1. Parties

1.1. Service Provider:

Nywhash Ltd. Registration No: 6098

Nywhash or other brands and services affiliated with Nywhash that provide the service.

1.2. Customer:

Legal or natural persons who use our products, services, and offerings within the framework of our service terms and policies.

1.3. Authorized Authorities:

Official institutions, international courts, or any organizations authorized to request information.

2. Subject

2.1. Purpose:

This agreement aims to determine the sections for which the customer grants permission based on the information provided by the customer during transactions, orders, messages sent on the site or service, during account creation, the fees to be paid to us for the services the customer will receive according to their preferences in their orders, the rules to be complied with, and the limits.

2.2. Customer Information:

Account information is entered by the customer during registration. These details are used as a basis for transactions. It is assumed that the customer has provided this information error-free, complete, accurate, and validly.

3. Obligations

3.1. Our Obligations:

• To provide all Nywhash services and offerings to the parties smoothly and completely if the terms specified in this agreement are complied with.
• To ensure the confidentiality and security of data for the parties in accordance with the Nywhash Privacy Policy.
• To provide a fair pricing policy.
• To investigate and provide solutions to the problems experienced by the parties.
• To keep the systems up to date and ensure necessary maintenance and security.
• To ensure fair use of our services.
• To deliver all the content included in the service package purchased by the customers smoothly and enable them to use it.

3.2. Your Obligations:

• Not to misuse Nywhash services and offerings.
• To expect us to update our services and keep our systems secure.
• Not to engage in spamming, attacks, DDOS, or any actions that would stress Nywhash Servers.
• To comply with Nywhash's contracts.
• Not to host anything on Nywhash servers that includes unethical or illegal content such as gambling, betting, sexual content, violence, attacks, money laundering, etc.

4. Prohibited Actions

4.1. Fraud:

Deceiving people, defrauding, or aiming to gain profit through fake or non-existent things is strictly prohibited. In such a case, the user's products and services will be canceled, and no refund will be made. In case of material or moral damage, Nywhash may share some data according to the Nywhash Privacy Policy if the affected party decides to resort to legal action.

4.2. Shocking Content:

It is strictly forbidden to speak or publish, share, or distribute the following content in any way:

1. Blood and Gore: Images containing blood, scenes of violence, especially images or videos containing graphic violence.
2. Self-harm and Suicide: Acts of self-harm, encouragement of suicide, or images or videos depicting such actions.
3. Scary and Disturbing Stories: Horror and disgust-inducing stories, images, or videos.
4. Organs, Explosions, Weapons, and Death: Graphic representation of organs, explosions, weapons, and deadly injuries in images or videos.
5. Execution and Capital Punishment: Content depicting execution or capital punishment processes or such actions in images or videos.
6. Content with Heavy Swearing: Content, images, or videos containing heavy swearing and insults.
7. Sexual Content: Content containing eroticism or sexual content in images or videos.
8. Content Encouraging Violence: Content legitimizing violence, glorifying violence, violence against children, etc. in images or videos.
9. Content with Torture: Content depicting torture in images or videos.
10. Drugs: Content promoting drug use or depicting such substances in images or videos.
11. Gambling: Content promoting gambling or depicting such activities in images or videos.
12. Illegal or Unethical Things: Includes all types of content that are illegal by laws, unethical by society standards, and disturbing.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1. Payment Security:

You acknowledge that you will not make purchases with stolen credit cards, bank cards, or any illegally obtained money during online payments. Nywhash does not access or store card information. All payment transactions are carried out through payment infrastructures provided by banks or companies.

5.2. Account Balance:

You cannot refund your Nywhash account balance when you load it with money. Refunds of account balances are only made in exceptional cases.

5.3. Fee Changes:

Nywhash reserves the right to change the fees for its services when necessary.

6. Termination of the Agreement

6.1. Duration of the Agreement:

This agreement starts when the Nywhash account is created, along with the successful completion of the customer's registration process.

6.2. Situations Requiring Termination of the Agreement:

• Creation of a voluntary contract cancellation request.
• Suspension of Nywhash services.

6.3. After Termination of the Agreement:

After the termination of the agreement, all active Nywhash services are completely canceled. Your Nywhash account will be deactivated, and if you do not accept the agreement, you will not be able to use any Nywhash service.
